Work Package 5 - Data synthesis

Status: Completed.

In this work package we will bring data together from the previous work packages to understand and articulate the key issues for successful implementation of a patient safety policy. We will do this via synthesis workshops and a stakeholder event.

The main output from this work package will be an empirically-grounded, theoretically-informed policy-facing report that reflects the findings of the project.
