Patient Safety Panel

                                      Why form a Patient Safety Panel?

As part of the Response Study we have convened a Patient Safety Panel. We are working with the Patient Safety Panel in a series of workshops to understand how the metrics and monitoring methods used to assess safety in organisations change with implementation of the PSIRF. We are aiming to explore the validity of these metrics and monitoring methods, what challenges there are in their interpretation, and their usefulness for understanding fairness and equity in safety event responses.

We invited expressions of interest for Patient Safety Specialists to join the Patient Safety Panel in early 2023.

We have convened a panel of up twenty five Patient Safety Specialists from organisations that vary in terms of size, sociodemographic factors, organisation type and region.
