Introduction

The Response Study aims to explore the implementation of a new national patient safety policy, the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) to understand how to support future patient safety policy development and implementation across the English NHS.

This research project has been funded by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) and will run from May 2022 until May 2026.
